Churchill Capital Consulting (Churchill) began operations as part of the Churchill Capital group in 2002. Since that time Churchill has rapidly grown to hold the respect of numerous business leaders by virtue of its proven abilities to assist them in transforming their businesses. As a boutique consultancy, our vision of success is not to have an army of consultants but rather a hand picked team of dedicated professionals working hard to create better, stronger businesses.

Four key tenets underpin our service philosophy

Rigour: It is important to apply the right minds to a business problem. Often this means getting a fresh set of eyes to examine what is being done and what might be done. Our people have been carefully selected to bring intellectual rigour to each client project without speaking in the confusing acronyms and superlatives of many traditional consultancies.

Relevance: Ensuring that what is implemented “sticks”. Our business solutions are practically relevant with a simple effectiveness. Elaborate, theoretical solutions neither win the respect of client staff nor stand the test of time.
